Videos displayed on a digital television are no longer constrained to the single size of the analog tube-based TV. You can adjust the picture size of the TV screen to accommodate a variety of different sized images -- for example, a widescreen DVD or a high-definition television signal. The procedure involves the remote control that comes with the digital television. You can also undo any changes made to the picture size later if you want.
Step 1
Press the power button on the remote to turn the TV on from "standby" mode.
