DOCX files may be viewed by computer users with Microsoft Word 2007 or a later version. Microsoft Word allows you to save documents in several formats, regardless of whether the document contains text or graphics, but the JPEG format is not one of those formats. There are several ways to turn a DOCX file to a JPEG, including first converting the file to a PDF. Adobe Acrobat is a program that can help you convert the file to PDF and then to JPG. You also can turn to online file conversion sites, such as Zamzar and Neevia Technologies.
Step 1
Turn your DOCX file into a JPEG file using Adobe Acrobat. Open the DOCX file in Microsoft Word 2007 or a later version. Click on "File" and select "Save as." In the "Save as type" section, select "PDF (.pdf)" and click on "Save." The PDF file will automatically launch in Adobe Acrobat. Click on "File" and select "Save as." In the "Save as type" section, select "JPEG (.jpg, .jpeg, .jpe)" and click on "Save."
