Whether you work in a large company, school or even in the confines of your own home, you may want to set a standard desktop background for all users, so that anyone who logs onto your computer will not have access to change and alter the set wallpaper that is applied onto that computer. One way to do this is to go into the administrative rights of your computer so that you will be able to create one uniform wallpaper for all users.
