Using images is one of the benefits in using presentation and desktop publishing programs, such as Microsoft's PowerPoint and Publisher. The pictures you add may enhance the overall look of the document or help establish a topic point. Another advantage is the variety of text editing features available with the programs. If there is an image or some text in a PowerPoint presentation that you feel would be suited for a Publisher file, you may want to copy it over. You can copy and paste from PowerPoint into Publisher by following a few steps.
Step 1
Launch PowerPoint and open the file that contains the material that you want to copy and paste into Publisher. Select the text, image or object that you want to copy. To select an image or object, click once on it. To select text, click once at the beginning of the selection and drag to the end while holding down the mouse button.
