Step 1

Navigate to Internet Properties.In the new window that you opened in Step 1, find and click "Network and Internet Options." A new list of selections will appear. From those choices, find and click "Internet Options." A dialog box titled "Internet Properties" will open.

Delete cookies.In the dialog box that you opened in Step 2, click the "General" tab at the top. Then find and click the "Delete Cookies" button in second box from the top. Windows will ask if you want to delete all cookies. Click "ok" and wait for the deletion process to be completed.

Open Internet Explorer.Either double-click on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop, or click the "Start" menu button and place the pointer over "All Programs." When the pop-up menu opens, find Internet Explorer and click on it to open the browsing window.
