By "embedded" video or audio, we mean video and audio files that play on an Internet web page, and not in an external application. Many media websites embed audio and video files so they can be played on the browser alone. If you want to download these files, you must use a download manager. The first two methods given in the article below apply to all web browsers, while the third gives instructions specific to Firefox.
Method 1: "Hi Download"
Video of the Day
Step 1

Method 2: Orbit

Step 3
Press “Ctrl + F5” to refresh your web browser’s page. The page will refresh, and the music file will be grabbed. You will be able to see the file listed in Grab ++. Select the file listed in Grab++ and click the Download button.
Step 4
The file will then start downloading to your computer. Once it finishes downloading, you can access it from My Computer > Drive: C > Programs > Orbit > Downloads.
Method 3: Firefox
Step 1
Open Firefox. Click on “Tools” > “Add-ons.” Then click on “Get Add-ons.”
Step 2
Search the add-on “Download Embedded 0.5,” which is available from the link provided in the Resources section. Download this add-on.
