Step 1
Open your photo editing software. Choose "File" then "Open" from the menu bar. Open the photo file that you need to edit.

Choose the "Smudge" tool from the toolbox which may be a pointing finger icon.
Step 3
Choose which options you want to set your smudging to including "Brush Size" and "Strength." Set your brush size smaller for a small section to smudge. Set "Strength" number higher to create a deeper smudge effect.

Use your mouse and drag the "Smudge" tool over the see-through clothing with the left mouse button held down to smudge out what is visible.

Choose "File", "Save" to save the changes you made to the photo.
Blur Tool
Step 1
Open your photo editing software. Choose "File" then "Open" from the menu bar. Open the photo file that you need to edit.

Choose the "Blur" tool from the toolbox which may be a water drop icon.
Step 3
Choose which options you want to set your blurring to including "Brush Size" and "Strength." Set your brush size smaller for a small section to blur. Set "Strength" number higher to create a deeper blurred effect.
Step 4
Use your mouse and drag the "Blur" tool over the see-through clothing with the left mouse button held down to blur out what is visible.

Choose "File" then "Save" to save the changes you made to the photo.
Paint Bucket
Step 1
Open your photo editing software. Choose "File" then "Open" from the menu bar. Open the photo file that you need to edit.
Step 2
Choose the "Paint Bucket" tool from the toolbox which may be a paint bucket icon.
Step 3
Click the area of the clothing that is see-through to fill with the foreground color. Set the "Tolerance" option lower or higher to change how much of the photo you want to fill with color.
Step 4
Change the "Fill" option from "Foreground" to "Pattern." Choose a pattern sample to fill the see-through clothing. Change the foreground color by clicking on the "Foreground" color box and choosing a new color from the color picker.
Step 5
Choose "File" then "Save" to save the changes you made to the photo.
