When you send a text message with a picture to another phone, your phone sends the message using Multimedia Messaging Service, or MMS. You can send an MMS message with a picture to an AT&T phone using an email message by inserting the picture into the email message and addressing the email to the recipient's 10-digit mobile phone number followed by "@mms.att.net."
Step 1
Launch your email client program. For example, click "Start -- All Programs -- Microsoft Office -- Microsoft Office Outlook."

Create a new email message. For example, click "File -- New Mail Message." Type a subject for the message in the "Subject" box and type any text you want included in the message in the "Body" box.
Step 3
Insert the picture you want to include into the email. For example, click "Insert" and select "Picture." Navigate to the place on the hard disk where the picture is stored, click to highlight it and click "Insert."

Address the message to your recipient. Enter the ten-digit phone number followed by "@mms.att.net." For example, type:

Click "Send " to send the email as an MMS message to the AT&T phone.
