Microsoft has built continuity into each of its programs so you can share information seamlessly between each of them. As is the case with many of the features in the Office suite of programs, you can use the calendar function in both Outlook and Excel. Exporting the calendar from Microsoft Outlook to Excel should only take a few minutes to complete.
Step 1
Open Microsoft Outlook and allow the main screen to fully load. Click on the "File" menu at the top of the page and select "Import and Export" from the subsequent menu. Select "Export to a file" from the next page and click the "Next" tab at the bottom of the window.
