CBR is a common file format used to store the pages of digital versions of comic books. When opened with a utility like CDisplay, you can flip through the pages of a CBR file on your computer the same way you would if you were physically holding an actual comic book. If you want to extract the image files contained in a CBR archive, you'll need to use a program called WinRAR.
Step 1
Download and install WinRAR, if you haven't already (see Resources). WinRAR is the official program of the RAR archive format. WinRAR is available in a free 30-day trial from the program's official website.
