Tecra is often tagged the "performance laptop" by its manufacturer, Toshiba. In other words, Tecra is designed for users who multitask in a business environment. A factory restore is a common technique to fix errors that cannot otherwise be cured or to get rid of malware that cannot be removed by an anti-malware program. Factory restore is always your last resort because you lose all data when you perform a factory restore. Please back up all important data on an external storage device before performing this task.
