Finding your PIN number is easy.
Cricket offers a line of pre-paid cellular phones that anyone can obtain without having to sign a contract, as many cell phone services force you to do. With pre-paid phones, you pay to add minutes to your phone as needed. When adding minutes or troubleshooting your phone to Cricket tech support, you will need to locate your PIN, or Personal Identification Number.
Step 1
Turn on your phone, and press the Menu key near the top of your keypad.

Scroll with your arrow pad until you reach the "Prepaid Services" option, then press "Select."
Step 3
Scroll until you reach "PIN Number," then press "Select."
Step 4
View your PIN number, which is an 11-digit number.
