Google's Android operating system does not include native capabilities for monitoring your phone, data and messaging service. There are, however, apps available through the Android App Market that allow you to see your total call time in relation to your monthly data service plan. Some of the apps provide enhanced functions, such as graphs that break down data according to the call recipients and your location.
