The company offers two non-contract plans for customers to select from and is only available at Walmart stores or over the phone. Service is disabled on $30 a month plans after minutes have expired or when disabled through customer service.

Contact Straight Talk customer service at 1-877-430-2355 and notify a customer service agent that you would like to disable your phone service. Do not call from your mobile phone as service will be disabled immediately.

Provide the customer service agent with your mobile phone number, billing address and account PIN for verification purposes.
Step 3
Notify the customer service agent that you would like to disable your phone service. The agent will provide you with your options for disabling your service. Your options include disabling your service until a particular date or for an indefinite period. After you have provided the agent with your decision your service will be disabled.
