To perform a hard reset on a Hydro LIFE or Hydro XTRM model, turn off the phone. Press and hold the "Volume Down" and "Power" keys simultaneously. Release the "Power" key when the phone vibrates. Release the "Volume Down" key when the Android recovery screen appears. Press the "Volume Down" key to highlight "Wipe Data / Factory Reset" and press "Power" to confirm the selection. Select "Yes - Erase all user data" and press "Power." Select "Reboot system now" and press "Power" to finish performing the hard reset.

Hard Reset Kyocera Milano
To hard reset the Kyocera Milano, power off the device and then press and hold the "Volume Down" and "Power" buttons. Release both buttons when the Android recovery screen appears. Press the "Home" button, press "Volume Down" to highlight "Wipe Data / Factory Reset" and then press the "Return/OK" key on the keyboard. Select "Yes - delete all user data" and press "Return/OK."
