Adobe Photoshop is one of the world's most popular professional-grade graphics design programs. It allows designers and photographers to resize and retouch photos, create and edit layer-based image files, add filters and effects, and create text and shapes. Because it is designed around the needs of proficient users, seemingly basic tasks in Photoshop often prove difficult for beginners. Transparent shapes are one such example. Fortunately, creating a transparent rectangle in Photoshop is a quick task once you understand the correct steps.
