Most email providers offer a search function for users to easily search their inboxes and other email folders for a specific search term. This built-in search function is very useful for tracking down user names, passwords, dates, times and other important-yet-forgotten information. As long as the e-mail hasn't been deleted, you should be able to find it using an email history search.
