"SAP" stands for Secondary Audio Programming. It is a feature several TV shows include for their non-English-speaking audience. SAP is essentially a second audio stream included with your TV show that lets you listen to the show in a language other than the original. If you'd rather listen to the TV show in the original language, it is not that difficult to turn off SAP.
Step 1
Turn on your TV and press the "Menu" button on your remote.

Step 2
Select the "Audio" (or similarly titled) menu from the list of available options.
Step 3
Select the "SAP" option (it may also be labeled "MS"). Change the setting from "On" to "Off." You might instead have to select "Stereo" or "Mono" from a list of sound options, one of which will be SAP.
