The call history allows users to confirm a phone number from an important call, verify the time and date of a call or check for unauthorized calls. The call history lists the calls received and dialed in chronological order.

Check the phone calls missed, dialed and received from the calling history stored in the phone. Press the "Menu" button and select "Call Log." This log will list all the phone calls that were received or dialed from the handset. Cellphones typically maintain a calling history for a limited, pre-specified time period. If the entry you want to find has been removed from the phone's call log, it may be accessible through MetroPCS records.

MetroPCS allows users to check calling history at no charge through an online MetroPCS account. Dial "611" to access the "MyMetro" online account from the phone. If you have not set up an online account, you will be prompted to install "MyMetro" on the phone before you can view the calling history. Choose a login name and password for the account and confirm registration by verifying the link in an email ID that is sent. To launch "MyMetro" on the phone, dial "611" or press the "Menu" button, then select "@metro" and click the "MyMetro" application.

Your MetroPCS call history also is available through a MetroPCS retail location. The company may charge for a copy of your call history, typically $2 to $5.
