Microsoft Word is the most established word processing application available with a very varied feature list. Microsoft Word has the ability to show changes within a document and also display comments. Comments can be notes to yourself or from a colleague about edits that need to be made to a document. By default, Microsoft Word will not print these comments, but the program can be set up to print them. If you find that comments are automatically printing, you just need to change an option during the print settings set up stage.
