Microsoft Office Word includes a feature that allows you to change a document's margins before you print it. This comes handy if you want your text to fill more space to save paper or if you need to print to the very edge. All you need to do is access the Page Layout menu and set the margins the way you want. The changes you set in the Word document will override any settings for the printer driver.
Step 1
Open the document you want to print, and click the "Page Layout" tab on the ribbon bar.
