Outlook, the Personal Information Management program from Microsoft, stores, organizes and helps manage emails, contacts and calendar entries. These items are stored in PST files utilized by Outlook. You can transfer PST files from one computer to another, but if you just copy and paste the main PST file you will get everything including contacts and emails. You can export your calendar items in a separate PST file, to eliminate transferring unnecessary information or data.
