iTunes is software from the Apple company that is used to organize, sync, play, and shop for audio and video files. iTunes is the software primarily used with Apple's iPod. An iPod is a portable device used to store your music, video, and image files from your computer or from the Apple store. Each version of the iPod has different amounts of hard drive space; some versions can even work as a portable video game player.
Using iTunes 7 (or newer)

Connect your iPod to your computer's USB slot using the USB cord that came with the merchandise.

Click on the Apple iPod icon below "Devices" in the section labeled "iTunes."

Click on the tab labeled "Photos" to show your images.

Click on the syncing options. The choices are to automatically sync, choose a certain photo album or collection of photos, or to sync all of the photos.
Using iTunes 6.0.5 (or older)
Step 1
Connect your iPod to the USB slot in your computer by using the USB cord that came with the iPod.

Click on "Preferences" menu at the top using a Macintosh computer or the "Edit" menu at the top using a Windows PC.
Step 3
Click on "iPod."
Step 4
Click on "Photos."
Step 5
Choose your personal syncing options. The choices are to automatically sync, choose a certain photo album or collection of photos, or to sync all of the photos.
